The automatic backup process will be proceed at the end of every month and the backup files can be access through your CPanel account. We do not hold any responsibilities if there are any data loses that are cause by the users miss-handling.

Any restoration services that handle by Yesspage will be add-up to the next billing. The cost will be different for each case base on the scale of the restoration which we will reconfirm with the users before proceeding the process.

In future we'll implant this "We also save the backup files in seperate folder of GDrive. If there any events that involve data loses the back-up will be use and the data will follow at last day that the backup is taken place."

We offer 24/7 support through Whatsapp, which the number will be emailed by Yesspage to the customers that subscribe the plan with 24/7 support services. For the plan with office hours support, the support will be on email or ticketing system during office hours. Our office hours is from Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)

No illegals activities allow such as gambling, porn, spamming and etc.

Users are required to keep their sites and accounts clean from any malware and viruses.

Users are not allow to use any illegal software or any scripting without any valid license.

Users should be responsible on their backup files and should be downloaded on their machine for extra security.

If there any events that we need to call or give support to the authorities we will do it willing and only allow the access to the affected account only which will be suspended.
